To Yarn or Not To Yarn

In my little world of yarn, I am always tempted to buy just one more skein, hank, donut, or cake. I was informed by my family that I have enough yarn to sew straight through for another ten years. What they don’t know is that if you don’t see the yarn, walk past it each day, and maybe place a hand on it to feel the texture the mind does not create the next unique item. Artists must live with their ingredients to make the picture, in their mind’s eye, become real! Fuel for the projects ahead!

Lizzy

I am a lover of all needle art and have been sewing since I was five years old, I started to develop my design style and creativity by combining several types of needle crafts together and have honed my skills on many projects over the last 57 years. I am in the northern Colorado area and get inspired by helping others and bringing joy. I can look back at the projects that I have crafted for friends and family that are still considered very precious items to this day.
